2020 Constance Baker Motley Symposium: “Equality at Work for Women of Color”
This program will cover the commitment to creating a diverse workforce and will explore how to increase the representation of women of color in the workplace. We will hear panelists’ real-life experiences as women of color in the workplace and what needs to be done to make equality a reality for women of color.

During this special event, the Committee will recognize one amazing attorney who has championed the cause of diversity throughout his career: Kenneth Chin, Esq., Chair, Banking and Finance of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Kenneth will be awarded for his transformative work to promote and achieve diversity and inclusion not only within his firm but in New York's Asian American community as well.
